An alpaca adoption pack is the perfect gift for all animal lovers, it is an easy and fun way for you to be involved in our world of Alpacas, and gain a woolly new friend while you’re at it!

Whether for yourself or as a gift for a loved one or friend you will be helping to keep our alpacas in the lifestyle they are accustomed to!

Our annual adoptions are a one off annual payment of £45 and include;

A personalised certificate with the recipient’s name, signed by us.
Welcome letter & alpaca biography of your adopted alpaca.
Colour photo of your chosen alpaca.

Gift from Poppywood Alpacas.
Twice annual newsletters and updates about your chosen alpaca and what's been going on at Poppywood Alpacas!
One Alpaca meet & greet experience voucher (this admits one person.)

Ts & Cs

Adoptions last for one year from the date they are purchased. If you would like your adoption to start on a certain date eg. Christmas, Birthday, Anniversary then please let us know.
We aim to send your adoption pack to you within two working days but please allow for delays at busier times such as Christmas and Easter. Your pack will arrive by Royal Mail first class delivery, If no one is at home to receive it and there is no suitable location for the item to be left by Royal Mail, it will be returned to your nearest Royal Mail Collection Office and an information card left for you. We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays once the item has left us. Please contact us within one month f your pack does not arrive, we cannot issue a new one if Royal Mail shows the item as having been delivered, or if you contact us outside of this time frame.
We only send our adoption packs to addresses with a UK postcode and the cost of postage is included in the price of an adoption.
As a personalised product, alpaca adoption packs are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and not for resale. If your adoption pack arrives damaged or there is a mistake on the adoption certificate then please email us photos and we’ll send a replacement.
Your Meet & greet experience visit for one is valid for the full 12 months of your adoption. Please contact us to book and bear in mind we do get booked up quickly during busy periods.
Adoption does not mean you have any ownership rights over the alpaca.
